The first pic is an Italian Landscape that is done in stylized manner. The canvas is physically and visually textured. Canvas can be marouflaged (Pasted) to the wall using century old techniques.

The second is a faux fresco on canvas with physical and visual texture to look like an aged fresco found in the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican. This mural is hand painted on canvas that can be marouflaged (pasted) to a wall, framed or hung decoratively from a drapery pole.

That is painted on very rough un-sanded wood slats - Yes there are 13 slats.

As for the stars - go ahead and count them - If there are a few missing it's because it is an antique flag, not because we messed up.
